Help! I'm trying to reset my password, but I'm not receiving an email.

Are you trying to reset your password for your The Contract Shop® account but aren't receiving an email to reset it? More than likely, the issue is that your account with us hasn't been activated. 

Accounts are not automatically created when you make a purchase and you'll have to activate your account before you can log in or reset your password.

What you can do:

1. Register for an account here using the same email you've used for any prior purchases.

2. Send our team an email to so we can take a look at your account and send you the activation email if need be.
